Streamwash® is a powerful, non-caustic cleaner designed to remove algae, moss, lichens, fungi, and mould from a wide range of hard surfaces. It’s acid-free, bleach-free, and won’t alter the colour or finish of treated areas.

Gets to work within 20 minutes and continues to work over time.

Ideal for use with softwash systems like Streamline® Softclean and Mobi Dose, Streamwash® is applied by spray or brush, then agitated with a softwash brush for best results. No rinsing is required unless heavy rainfall doesn’t occur within 2 weeks.

Application & Dilution:

• Paths, driveways, sports surfaces: 1 part Streamwash® to 50 parts water
• Render & composite surfaces: 1:40 dilution
• Roofs & heavily contaminated areas: 1:25 dilution

Apply in dry conditions above 8°C. Treated areas should remain dry for at least 12 hours. Where needed, surfaces can be rinsed after 7 days with a pressure washer for a cleaner finish.

Storage & Safety:

• For outdoor use only
• Shelf life: 24 months unopened
• Store between 5°C and 30°C in a dry place
• Avoid runoff into watercourses – not for ponds or aquatic use
• Wear gloves and eye protection during application
