Behind the scenes at STREAMLINE® Nov 2011

Here at Streamline®, we love to celebrate the wins, especially when one of our Van Technicians, Chris Dabbs, is named team player of the month. Chris is an important part of the Streamline® team and is continually striving for success. Chris started his Streamline® journey in February as part of the Goods in and UK dispatch team, and has become a vital member of the team, by building the trust of his colleagues around him. Having now recently moved over towards the van installation side, Chris has shown his skills from being a Motorbike Technician for over 10 years, which he has developed to be a highly skilled mechanic by demonstrating his extensive knowledge of the different motor parts. Chris played a pivotal role in his past job as a quality control supervisor for motorcycles going out to the PDI inspections, whilst building for the MCN reviews which is the “motorcycle news”.

By moving over to the van installation team, Chris has shown that he can perform under unexpected pressure with an awesome can-do attitude. We’ve seen his passion and commitment to vehicle installations by demonstrating that he is a problem solver, as he is constantly looking at the different options that he faces and always looking to overcome the challenges. Chris is a pleasure to have on the Streamline® team, as he accepts the daily challenges he faces.
