My equipment is not working and needs attending to.

Can I still collect pure water?

We no longer sell pure water. We’d recommend using Spotless Water for the supply of pure water. This is located at the following address:

I have an item that needs to be returned.

We now offer free collection and returns to our local customers. Any unwanted goods returned within 14 working days of receiving the goods, will receive a 100% refund if, upon inspection, they are unused and in a resaleable condition.

How can I get one of your products the same day? Unfortunatly this is a service we no longer offer. The fastest delivery service we offer is nextday delivery (Free on our website) or an AM delivery service. (Please note additional charges may apply for this service.)
