Filterplus® Static Systems
The Filterplus® Mini RO and Filterplus® Maxi RO are two commercial reverse osmosis (RO) filtration units designed to produce high volumes of pure water continuously. RO is a water purification process that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove dissolved solids, such as salts, minerals, and metals, from water. RO systems are widely used in a variety of industries, including window cleaning, vehicle washing, food and beverage processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Both the Filterplus® Mini RO and Filterplus® Maxi RO units have a waste adjustment valve that allows the operator to adjust the pure water ratio as required. This is important because RO systems typically produce a waste stream of concentrated water, which must be disposed of properly. The waste adjustment valve allows the operator to reduce the amount of waste water produced, which can save money and reduce environmental impact.
An optional DI filter vessel can also be added to either unit to provide a final polish. DI filters remove any remaining dissolved solids from the water, resulting in ultra-pure water that is ideal for many sensitive applications.
Both the Filterplus® Mini RO and Filterplus® Maxi RO units are also fully automatic, allowing for flushing and maintenance. This feature helps to ensure that the units are always operating at peak efficiency and producing the highest quality water possible.
Filterplus® Mini RO
The Filterplus® Mini RO Static System is a fully commercial filtration unit that is designed to be freestanding or wall-mounted. It is capable of producing high volumes of pure water continuously, up to 1200 GPD (3.8 L/min / 228 L/hr). This RO unit has a waste adjustment valve, which allows the operator to adjust the pure water ratio as needed. An optional DI filter vessel can easily be added on to the unit, to provide a final polish if required. The RO unit is fully automatic allowing for flushing and maintenance of the unit and providing a highly efficient pure water system. In addition, a wall bracket is available as an optional extra to free up floor space if required, also, the RO unit has a stainless-steel support frame to minimize rust in wet environments.

Filterplus® Maxi RO
The Filterplus® Maxi RO Static System is a fully commercial filtration unit that is designed to be freestanding. In addition, the Filterplus® Maxi RO Static System is capable of producing high volumes of pure water continuously. This RO unit has a waste adjustment valve that allows the operator to adjust the pure water ratio as needed. Moreover, an optional DI filter vessel can easily be added on to the unit, to provide a final polish if required. The RO unit is fully automatic, furthermore, allowing for flushing and maintenance of the unit and providing a highly efficient pure water system. The RO unit has a stainless-steel support frame to minimize rust in wet environments.
